为探讨丹参制剂对血浆内皮素及血管内皮细胞的影响 ,将 2 8只家兔分成四组 ,分别以 0 .4ml/kg、2 .0ml/kg、6 0ml/kg的复方丹参注射液和生理盐水每天静脉缓慢注射共 10天 ,比较注射前后血浆内皮素浓度的变化 ,并分别用光镜和电镜观察主动脉根部内皮细胞的改变。发现用常规剂量的复方丹参注射后血浆内皮素明显下降。而高浓度组无明显下降 ,且主动脉根部内皮细胞有损伤表现。提示常规剂量的复方丹参使用后有降低血浆内皮素浓度的作用 ,而高浓度复方丹参则无此作用 ,可能与损伤血管内皮细胞增加内皮素的释放有关。
In order to investigate the effects of Danshen preparation on plasma endothelin and vascular endothelial cells, 28 rabbits were divided into four groups with compound Danshen injection and physiology of 0.4 ml/kg, 2.0 ml/kg, and 60 ml/kg, respectively. Saline was injected intravenously every day for a total of 10 days. Changes in plasma endothelin concentration before and after injection were compared. Changes in endothelial cells in the aortic root were observed by light and electron microscopy, respectively. It was found that the plasma endothelin levels decreased significantly after injection of conventional Salvia miltiorrhiza. However, there was no significant decrease in the high-concentration group, and endothelial cells in the aortic root were damaged. It is suggested that the conventional dose of Salvia Miltiorrhiza has the effect of lowering plasma endothelin concentration after use, while high concentration Salvia miltiorrhiza has no such effect, and may be related to the increase of endothelin release caused by damaged vascular endothelial cells.
