黑泉面板坝周边缝止水结构拟采用不锈钢波纹片作止水材料,并推荐了一种改进的止水结构型式.为论证其可行性与可靠性,进行了不锈钢片材料力学性能试验、成型波纹片试验、结构模型对比试验以及结构模型破坏试验.得到以下主要结果:(a) 不锈钢材料具有良好的韧性和高强度,适宜用作止水材料;(b) 波纹片加载值与变位之间的关系式;(c) 不锈钢波纹止水结构与传统止水结构不同的变形特征及破坏特征.所建议的接缝止水结构能适应较大的变形,可满足工程要求.
The seam sealing structure around Heiquan panel dam is to be made of stainless steel corrugated sheets for water stop materials, and an improved water stop structure type is recommended. In order to demonstrate its feasibility and reliability, mechanical properties of stainless steel sheet test, corrugated sheet test, structural model comparison test and structural model failure test were carried out. The main results are as follows: (a) The stainless steel has good toughness and high strength and is suitable for use as a water stopping material; (b) the relationship between the loading value and displacement of the corrugated sheet; (c) Different deformation and destruction characteristics of traditional water stop structure. The proposed joint sealing structure can adapt to large deformation, to meet the engineering requirements.
