本文报导的是从猪血中分离提取血红素的一种改进法。本法采用盐酸丙酮法代替传统的R.Filabbe和R.Nishida法的氯化锶冰醋酸提取血红素。本法工艺简单,收率稳定,六批小试,每千毫升抗凝新鲜猪血的血红素产量,最高2.8克,最低2.4克,最大收率差千毫升猪血仅为0.4克。本法的产品血红素含量达72~78%,平均为76%,与氯化锶冰醋酸法的产品含量75~78%大抵相当。但所用试剂价廉,故成本大为降低,仅为氯化锶冰醋酸法的三分之二左右,适用于工业大批量生产。
This article reports an improved method for separating and extracting heme from pig blood. This method uses the hydrochloric acid and acetone method instead of the traditional R.Filabbe and R.Nishida method to extract hemoglobin from guanidine chloride. The method is simple, yield is stable, six batches of small test, the heme production of anti-coagulation fresh pig blood per thousand milliliters, the highest 2.8 grams, the lowest 2.4 grams, the maximum yield difference of 1000 milliliters of pig blood is only 0.4 grams. The heme content of the product of this Act amounts to 72 to 78%, with an average of 76%, which is equivalent to the product content of 75 to 78% of the cesium chloride acetic acid method. However, the use of inexpensive reagents, the cost is greatly reduced, only about two-thirds of the guanidine chloride acetic acid method, suitable for industrial mass production.
