目的了解医生的人文关怀能力及其影响因素,探讨医生人文关怀对患者的意义。方法利用方便抽样的方法,对吉林医药学院的各级医生、医院管理人员及上级医疗机构管理人员进行专家咨询。结果住院医生及主治医师的人文关怀能力明显高于主任医生,且医院管理人员的人文关怀能力均明显低于不同等级医师的关怀能力,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过医生对患者的人文关怀,可减少医患纠纷,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To understand the physician’s humanistic care ability and its influencing factors and to explore the significance of medical care to the patients. Methods By means of convenient sampling, experts at all levels of Jilin Medical College, hospital administrators and supervisors of medical institutions were consulted. Results The humanistic care capacity of residents and attending physicians was significantly higher than that of chief physicians, and the humanistic care ability of hospital managers was significantly lower than that of physicians of different ranks (all P <0.05). Conclusion Through the doctor’s humane care for patients, doctors and patients can reduce disputes and improve patient satisfaction.
