建立了一种顶空气相色谱-质谱联用测定饮用水中吡啶的方法。将水样放入顶空瓶中,加入无水碳酸钠维持碱性环境,在80℃下平衡30 min后进样。在优化的条件下,方法对吡啶具有良好的灵敏度,检出限为0.2μg/L,实际水样加标回收率在82.9%~104.4%范围内,RSD在1.4%~8.6%范围内。
A method for the determination of pyridine in drinking water by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. Put the water sample into the headspace bottle, add the anhydrous sodium carbonate to maintain the alkaline environment, and inject the sample after equilibrating for 30 min at 80 ℃. Under optimal conditions, the method has good sensitivity to pyridine with the detection limit of 0.2μg / L, the spiked recoveries of 82.4% -104.4%, RSD ranged from 1.4% to 8.6%.
