航空机匣零件的制造质量和加工效率是影响高性能航空发动机研制的重要环节。为突破国外对航空机匣制造技术的封锁,本研究针对航空机匣结构复杂、易产生加工变形、材料难加工等特点,重点研究了装夹方式、刀具选择及快速CAM等关键技术,通过大量实验对特征单元的加工工艺参数进行了优化,制定了高效加工工艺方案,并在某型号航空发动机高压涡轮机匣制造中进行了实例验证,提高了该类零件的生产效率。研究成果对于提高我国高性能航空发动机制造技术水平具有重要意义。
The manufacturing quality and processing efficiency of the aircraft casing parts are the important links that affect the development of high performance aeroengines. In order to break through the foreign blockade of aviation casing manufacturing technology, this study focuses on the key technologies such as clamping method, tool selection and rapid CAM, aiming at the characteristics of complex structure of aircrafts, easy deformation and material processing, Experiments were carried out to optimize the processing parameters of the characteristic unit and to develop an efficient processing scheme. The verification was made in the manufacture of a high-pressure turbine casing for a certain type of aeroengine to improve the production efficiency of such a part. The research results are of great significance for improving the manufacturing technology of high-performance aero-engine in our country.
