本文认为,人之所以难管,是在于人不同于物,管人有其特殊性。由此出发,提出了管理者要做好四个方面的工作。
This article argues that the reason why people do not control, is that people are different from things, people have their own particularity. Based on this, the author proposed that managers should do well in four aspects.
