安然事件已经过去了一段时间,但其对于用户与咨询机构敲响的警钟依然还在长鸣。用户该如何选择一个合适的、健康性的咨询机构呢?业务能力当然是重要的,它能解决问题。但如果不照规则行事,那最终受损失的可能不止是直接参与者。安然事件是个例子,它让接受咨询服务的人先警觉起来了,开始有意识地找咨询公司的“麻烦”——有时候这看上去像是“自找麻烦”,不过如果能因此而免去以后麻烦,也算明智。本文从IT咨询机构的角度讨论了在遵守法规条例方面需要面对的问题,我们希望它也可以给寻找IT咨询服务的企业以启发。
Enron has been around for some time, but its wake-up call to users and consultants is still buzzing. How should a user choose a suitable, healthy consulting body? Business competence is of course important and it solves the problem. But if you do not follow the rules, then the ultimate loss may not only be direct participants. The Enron case is an example of alerting those who receive counseling services to the “hassles” of finding consultants conscientiously - which sometimes looks like “asking for trouble,” but if you can avoid it later Trouble, it is also wise.
