以平面压缩过程代替平辊轧制过程,接触表面按不同摩擦规律分区,同时采用未经简化的变形能不变的塑性条件(即所谓“精确塑性条件”)推导出一个新的平辊轧制力计算公式。该公式适用范围较广,并且附有轧制力计算曲线及轧辊弹性压扁计算图解法,使轧制力计算工作大为简化。
