该院1997年6月～8月共进行了5例腋腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫术，对同一病人同时作传统腋窝淋巴结清扫术，对比两种方法的淋巴清扫率，结果证明这一方法是可行的，在遵循乳房肿瘤外科的原则下，有内镜外科操作经验的医师可施行这种手术。 In June 1997 to August of this year, 5 cases of axillary cavity axillary lymph node dissection were performed in the same hospital. Conventional axillary lymph node dissection was performed at the same time. The rate of lymphatic dissection was compared between the two methods. The results proved that this method is feasible.
