秦翥翊,1947年7月生于广西阳朔,1966年开始从事园艺工作,1970年起迷上了盆景艺术。由于他长期生活在“山水甲天下”的漓江之滨,自然资源丰富,景色优美,为他创作独特的山水盆景奠定了基础。他常常不辞辛劳,遍访名山,有时冒着生命危险,进深岩,攀高峰,漫山遍野地寻找制作盆景的素材,甚至忍饥受饿、风餐露宿也在所不辞。为了创作出具有美妙意境的作品,他除了向大自然学习外,还深入研究古典文学及绘画艺术中的各种构图章法,著有《盆景漫笔》。此文由中国新闻社采用后,先后被香港《文汇报》、《大公报》转载。1978年,在首届全国盆景艺术展览中,他的作品《轻舟已过万重山》被作为佳作
Qin 翥 Yi, born in July 1947 in Yangshuo, Guangxi, started his gardening work in 1966 and became fascinated with the art of bonsai in 1970. Because of his long life in the “landscape of the world,” the Lijiang River, rich in natural resources, beautiful scenery, as he created a unique landscape bonsai laid the foundation.
