前言本实验是继我所滴注式可控气氛渗碳之后进行的。目的是,在基本稳定氮势的前提下,实现碳氮共渗的碳势自动控制,从而为确定共渗层的碳、氮含量、稳定共渗工艺、提高共渗质量提供手段。经过反复实验,基本上达到了这一预期的目标。氮势的稳定主要是通过固定渗氮介质的用量来实现的;碳势的控制则是根据对炉气中CO_2的连续测定结果而自动调节渗碳介质的用量来实现的。本实验是在经过适当改装的75kW井式气体渗碳炉上进行的。采用上海第二分析仪器厂的HQG-71型CO_2红外线气体分析仪进行炉气的连续测定;碳势调节的自动执行
Preface This experiment is carried out after carburizing my controlled dripping atmosphere. The purpose is to realize the carbon potential control of carbonitriding under the premise of basically stable nitrogen potential, so as to provide a means for determining the carbon and nitrogen content of the common permeation layer, stabilizing the permeation process and improving the quality of the common osmosis. After repeated experiments, basically reached the expected goal. The stability of nitrogen potential is mainly achieved by the amount of fixed nitriding medium; the control of carbon potential is achieved by automatically adjusting the amount of carburizing medium according to the continuous determination of CO 2 in the furnace gas. This experiment was conducted on an appropriately modified 75kW pit gas carburizing furnace.
