在柱塞套加工工艺中,精珩中孔是一道直接影响柱塞套配磨的关键工序,从而对提高柱塞偶件的使用寿命及综合性能有着很大的作用。但在我厂使用德国GEHRING公司的珩磨机床珩磨中孔时,合格率极低,难以达到工艺上所规定的锥度要求(图1所示中孔直径按箭头方向递减),出现倒锥现象,使该机床一直闲置在旁,无法使用。另一方面,随着对产品性能及清洁度的提高,精珩中孔后再进行研磨中孔的弊端越来越明显,柱塞套的研磨工序必将被逐步取消,也就是说必须要靠精珩工序来保证机加工精度,即用高精度的珩磨设备或珩磨夹具来保证。如何利用闲置的GERHING珩磨机床来
