报告用热或热药区域灌注治疗下肢恶性黑色素瘤５例，男４例，女１例；年龄３９～７３岁。肿瘤位于足４例，小腿１例，４例经髂外动静脉插管并切除腰交感神经节，１例经股动脉插管，灌注温度４１．５℃～４２℃。持续２小时，其中２例在灌注中加入ＤＤＰ（３．２ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重）。治疗后第１天即见肿瘤缩小，６天后所有病人的肿瘤均有明显缩小甚至消失，并可见不同程度脱色和萎缩，除１例术后小腿轻度肿胀，其它无不良反应。随诊２年除１例肺转移外，余未见病灶复发或转移。本组结果显示，热或热药区域灌注对治疗下肢恶性黑色素瘤有明显疗效，且保留了患肢，又提高了患者生存质量。
Reports that 5 cases of malignant melanoma of the lower extremities were treated with hot or hot drug infusion, 4 males and 1 female; aged 39-73 years old. The tumor was located in 4 cases of foot, 1 case of lower leg, 4 cases of external iliac arterial vein catheterization and removal of lumbar sympathetic ganglion, 1 case of femoral artery catheterization, perfusion temperature 41.5 °C ~ 42 °C. For 2 hours, 2 of them were given DDP (3.2 mg/kg body weight) during perfusion. On the first day after treatment, the tumors were seen to shrink. After 6 days, the tumors of all patients were significantly reduced or even disappeared. Decolorization and atrophy were observed in different degrees. One case had mild swelling of the lower leg and no adverse reactions. After 2 years of follow-up except one case of lung metastasis, no recurrence or metastasis of the lesion was seen. The results of this group showed that hot or hot drug regional infusion treatment of the lower extremity malignant melanoma has a significant effect, and retained the limb, but also improved the quality of life of patients.
