目的:观察三黄三仙汤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:实验设三黄三仙汤低、中、高3个剂量(1.28、2.56、5.12 g/kg分别相当于人推荐量的4、8、16倍),另设阴性对照组(蒸馏水),分别观察对ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能、绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)、血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能、NK细胞活性的影响。结果:高、中剂量组可明显提高ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05);高、中剂量组可明显提高绵羊红细胞诱导小鼠DTH功能,与阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);高剂量组能提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体积数值(P<0.05);高剂量组能提高小鼠溶血空斑数(P<0.05);三剂量组均能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,与阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:三黄三仙汤具有增强免疫力功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of Sanhuangsixian Tang on immune function. The high dose group could increase the serum hemolysin antibody volume (P <0.05), the high dose group could increase the hemolytic plaque number (P <0.05) Phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of phagocytosis chicken erythrocytes by macrophages were significantly different from those of negative control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: San Huang San Xian Tang has the function of enhancing immunity.
