茶叶氨基酸等成分的含量多少直接影响茶叶的品质,因而如何提高茶叶氨基酸等成分的含量,是改善提高茶叶品质的一项技术措施。以往人们对提高茶叶品质的研究只见于对茶树品种、培肥、采摘等措施,少有对总孔隙度对茶叶品质影响进行研究。经定点定位对茶园土壤总孔隙度对茶叶品质影响进行系统研究,现将研究结果总结于后。
