当前,我国的经济发展正在向着知识经济转型,随之而来的就是越来越多的知识型员工加入到企业的经营管理中,在企业的发展中发挥着自身所具有的作用。现在,越来越多的企业实行现代管理制度,现代管理制度比较重视人的作用,这就要求企业在进行管理时要适当的在企业管理和员工自我管理之间做出选择,从而有效地调动起员工工作的积极性。但是要实现企业员工管理与自我管理的有机融合还有很多的影响因素,本文在分析二者有机融合可行性的基础上,指出影响因素有哪些。
