新闻娱乐化颠覆了传统的新闻选择标准,而市场经济的推动更加验证了受众中心论在现代商业社会的适用性。在文化帝国主义不断扩张的背景下,新闻娱乐化有其必然性;但须适应中国的国情。要恰当地控制新闻娱乐化的趋势,作为一个发展中国家,既要将冲击视为一种机遇,又要促使媒介行为自觉肩负起本民族现代化文化建构的重任。
News entertainment subverts the traditional selection criteria of news, and the promotion of market economy more validates the applicability of the audience-centered theory in modern commercial society. In the context of the continuous expansion of cultural imperialism, the entertainment of news has its inevitability; it must adapt to China’s national conditions. To properly control the trend of the entertainment of news, as a developing country, it is necessary to regard the shock as an opportunity and to urge the media to consciously shoulder the important task of building a national culture of modernization.
