做课堂改革要明确改革对象的特点,我们的课堂是充满变数的,我们的学生是一个个鲜活的生命个体。那么我们先了解课堂特点,了解学生的学习特点,更要了解我们学科及课型特点,这样改革才会有进步。走进学生的心灵,与学生心灵发生和谐共振,让课堂充满活力,使他们乐于参与到课堂中去。经常鼓励和表扬,让他们对学习充满信心,做好他们的榜样,感到进步的快乐。教育改革全国上下都在轰轰烈烈的进行,我们也理所当然顺应时代的潮流,跨入了改革的行列当中,用一种新的思维方式走进课堂。带着这样的理念,我试着进行了小幅度的课堂改革,成果虽然不显著,但比着原来的课堂有了不少新的气息。现在就把我在教学中的一些具体的做法和大家一起交流。我从以下几个方面简单来谈。

Encourage and praise frequently, let them have confidence in learning, do their role model, feel the joy of progress. The educational reform has been vigorously carried out all over the country. We naturally followed the trend of the times and stepped into the ranks of the reform. We entered the classroom with a new way of thinking. With this concept, I tried a small classroom reform, although the results are not significant, but than in the original classroom has a lot of new flavor. Now let’s talk about some concrete practices in teaching with everyone. I talk briefly from the following aspects.
