目的了解宝安区小学生伤害流行状况及影响因素,评价伤害干预措施的效果,为制定小学生伤害预防措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样的方法,抽取宝安区20所小学5 834名学生进行伤害现况调查,其中抽取8所小学学生进行健康教育、行为干预和生活技能干预;采用多因素Logistic回归分析法分析伤害发生的影响因素。结果宝安区小学生伤害发生率为25.00%,伤害类型主要是摔伤、扭伤和撞伤,分别占39.20%,14.37%,12.08%。Logistic回归分析显示,低年级、男生、不良健康行为、校外游荡、父母离婚等是伤害行为的危险因素(P值均<0.05)。健康教育、行为干预和生活技能干预分别使伤害发生率降低了4.51,4.67,7.80百分点。结论宝安区小学生伤害问题发生普遍,建立以健康教育为基础,行为干预和生活技能干预为强化的干预模式能够有效减少小学生伤害的发生。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of injury among primary school students in Bao’an District and to evaluate the effect of injury interventions and provide the basis for making preventive measures for injuries among pupils. Methods A total of 5 834 students from 20 primary schools in Bao’an District were investigated for their injury status by taking a multi-stage random cluster sampling method. Eight primary school students were selected for health education, behavioral intervention and life skills intervention. Multivariate logistic regression analysis Analysis of the impact of injury factors. Results The incidence of injuries among primary school students in Bao’an District was 25.00%. The types of injuries were mainly falls, sprains and bruises, accounting for 39.20%, 14.37% and 12.08% respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that lower grades, boys, bad health behavior, wandering outside the school, divorce of parents and so on were the risk factors of injury (all P <0.05). Health education, behavioral intervention and life skills intervention reduced the incidence of injuries by 4.51, 4.67 and 7.80 percentage points respectively. Conclusion The injury of primary school students in Baoan District is widespread. Establishing an intervention model based on health education with intervention of behavioral and life skills interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of injury among pupils.
