为了克服传统飞机显示器测试手段存在的效率低、成本高等弊端,研制了一种基于工控机、虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统,并详细介绍了系统的整体结构以及硬件、软件设计方法。该系统利用工控计算机的强大功能,硬件采用电路模块化设计技术,成功实现了飞机显示器的显示与通信;软件完成信号控制、测试结果分析以及显示。该系统采用了现代化模块设计思想和手段,检测速度快、可靠性高、扩展性强,实现了对飞机显示器的自动化测试。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of low efficiency and high cost of traditional aircraft display test methods, an automatic test system based on IPC and virtual instrument technology is developed. The overall structure of the system and the hardware and software design methods are introduced in detail. The system uses the powerful functions of industrial computer, the hardware circuit design using modular technology, the successful realization of the aircraft display display and communication; software to complete the signal control, test results analysis and display. The system uses the modern modular design ideas and methods, testing speed, high reliability, scalability, to achieve the aircraft test automated testing.
