1984年,我局在郑州黄河公路大桥下部基桩施工时,从日本引进了两台砼输送泵和6辆配套的6m~3搅拌输送车,并从郑州购置了两台15m~3/h砼搅拌楼,为泵送砼的机械化施工创造了条件。自此以后,在郑州、开封、淮滨、漯河等公路大桥的施工中都采用了泵送砼灌注桩孔、接基桩立柱、打桥台墩帽、打大桥桥面,泵送砼达10万m~3之多,施工速度快,质量高,这些工程都被评为我省的优质工程。现将淮滨淮河公路大桥施工中采用集中搅拌、机车搅拌输送、泵送砼灌注桩孔的机械化施工情况介绍如下,该桥基桩共107根,直径2.2m、深60多m,每根桩砼
