采用空气动力超细粉碎和高速机械冲击式超细粉碎两种方式,对所研究的浅色矿物进行超细加工和激光粒度分布测试的结果表明:超细产品的D97均小于5μm,达到了要求。实验也证实了不同力学特性和结晶习性的矿物粉碎的难易及粒度分布有明显差别。如研究样品中方解石、水镁石、硅灰石、块状蛇纹石的脆性较大,它们超细样品的D97均小于2μm;而其他脆性较小的矿物(蒙脱石、白云母等)超细样品的D97均大于2μm。
The results of ultrafine processing and laser particle size distribution test of the light colored minerals studied by using both aerodynamic ultrafine grinding and high speed mechanical impacting ultrafine grinding show that the D97 of ultrafine products is less than 5μm and meets the requirements . Experiments also confirmed the different mechanical properties and crystallization habit of the easy to smash the minerals and particle size distribution are significantly different. For example, calcite, brucite, wollastonite and massive serpentine have higher brittleness in the studied samples, their D97 values of ultrafine samples are less than 2μm, while other less brittle minerals (montmorillonite and muscovite) D97 ultrafine samples are greater than 2μm.
