Objective To observe the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiotensin Ⅱ (ANGⅡ) on the intermetastatic space, lymphatic stomata and myocardial angiogenesis in the frog center. To investigate the effects of VEGF and ANG Ⅱ on the permeability of the pericardium and the regulation of lymphatic stomata Effect and cardiac hypertrophy. Methods VEGF and ANG Ⅱ frog peritoneal cavity injection, scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy, computer image processing. Results The normal frog pericardial wall has scattered scattered pericardial lymph nodes and a small amount of sinusoids. Frog myocardium without blood vessels, the blood supply only by the intracardiac blood directly into the myocardial trabecular gap. The average diameter of pericardial lymphatic vessels in VEGF group and ANGⅡ group were 1.50 and 1.79um, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (0.72um, P <0.01) 8.25 / 0.1mm2 and 12.80 / 0.1mm2 respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (3.57 / 0.1mm2, P <0.01) The area of sinusoid was 2443.95um2 / 0.1mm2 and 2121.79um2 / 0.1mm2 respectively, which was significantly larger than that of the control group (995.08um2 / 0.1mm2, P <0.01) Angiogenesis. Conclusions VEGF and ANGⅡ can increase the number of open frog pericardial lymphatic stomata, increase the pore size and increase the density of peritoneal cavity, and significantly regulate the function of pericardial lymphatic stomata. In addition, the area of pericardial blood sinusoid is increased,
