我曾经教过慢班,也不止一次教过基础差的普通班。所有这些班级,在我教了一段时间之后,学习成绩均逐步提高;许多学生在我的帮助下,对学习产生了兴趣;有的学生,由一门功课学习的进步而带动各学科的学习,由一名后进生成为好学生,保送进大学;有的慢班学生经过两年的努力而能考上大学本科。在多年的教学工作中,我积累了一些心得体会,归纳起来有: 一、必须使学生建立起搞好学习的信心
I have taught slow classes, and I have taught basic classes in poor classes more than once. In all these classes, after I taught for a while, my academic performance has gradually improved; many students have been interested in learning with my help; some students have been driven by the progress of a homework study to drive learning in all disciplines. A backward student is a good student and is admitted to the university. Some slow students are able to enter college after two years of hard work.
