我厂产品试车,由于机件复杂,难免在试车中由于各咱原因造成磨损而的生金属末,金属末的产生说明可能有零件损伤,其后果是比较危险的。因此,查出金属末产生的原因和产生的部件是十分必要的,查找的途径有:一、对试车产进行全部分解,进行逐件查找,这样既费时间又浪费人力物力;二、利用光谱方法对金属末进行化学成份分析,确定其牌号,进而可分析金属末产生的部位和原因。后一种方法比较迅速可靠。为此,我们开展了金属末的光谱定性分析工作。
