目的探讨晚期肝癌介入治疗综合措施,进一步提高临床疗效.方法对33例肝癌介入治疗晚期综合症状采取一系列治疗措施.21例行经皮股动脉药盒导管系统(PCS)植入术;出血应用凝血酶原复合物;肝性脑病应用支链氨基酸和颈精氨酸等综合措施.结果 21例PCS 术后留置管全部保持通畅.33例平均生存期20.1个月,2年生存率为36%.结论对肝癌介入治疗晚期采取一系列综合措施可延长患者生存期,提高生存质量,是肝癌介入治疗上一个新台阶.
