采用低压等离子喷涂方法在单晶镍基高温合金上制备出组织均匀致密、结合良好的Ni-Co-Cr-AL-Y-Ta涂层.运用光学显微镜,EPMA,SEM,XRD等分析手段对喷涂态和热处理态涂层的相结构、相成分及界面结构进行了分析.
The Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Ta coating with uniform structure and good microstructure was prepared on the single crystal nickel base superalloy by low pressure plasma spraying. The phase structure, phase composition and interfacial structure of sprayed and heat treated coatings were analyzed by means of optical microscope, EPMA, SEM and XRD.
