团组织的生命力和活力源自广大团干的创新思维。团干因此必须充分了解影响创新思维活动的个体因素:知识贫乏;生搬硬套;传统束缚;思维习惯。唯有打好扎实丰富的知识功底,培养敢为人先的思维品格,坚持深入实际的工作作风,养成善于交往的生活习惯;团干才能顺利运作创新思维。
The vitality and vitality of CYL organizations derive from the innovative thinking of the vast majority of CYL organizations. Mission cadres must therefore fully understand the individual factors that influence innovative thinking activities: lack of knowledge; exerting rigid influences; traditional restraints; and thinking habits. Only by laying a solid foundation of rich knowledge, cultivating the pioneering thinking style, insisting on in-depth practical work style and cultivating a living habit of being good at communication can the cadres be able to smoothly operate innovative thinking.
