在保军转民,调整产品结构,产品不断更新的新形势下,生产准备部门面临任务重、品种多、头绪杂、周期短的困难局面。每年有10几个甚至20多个产品型号,而且其中又有2到4个是新开发的型号。一年要进行这么多型号的生产准备工作,这和过去单一军品任务时代是无法相比的。现在生产准备工作不但要满足批生产工装的需要,还要集中突击新品开发所需的试制工装;既要进行老工装复制的排故,又要考虑新工装的设计和制造。而且这几年新开发的产品,70％是民品,一旦试制成功,就要上较大的批量,对工装的要求,有些比军品还高。
In the new situation of safeguarding the military and transferring people, adjusting product structure, and constantly updating products, the production preparation department faces the difficult situation of heavy tasks, various types of products, mixed lines, and short cycles. Now the production preparation work must not only meet the needs of batch production tooling, but also focus on assaulting the trial tooling required for the development of new products; it is necessary to carry out the troubleshooting of the old tooling copy, and also consider the design and manufacture of the new tooling. In addition, 70% of newly-developed products in recent years are civilian products. Once trial production is successful, larger batches will be required. Some of the requirements for tooling are higher than military products.
