冷轧带动钢筋(又称冷轧螺纹钢筋)是国外70年代初开发的一种新型建筑钢材,由于其强度高、塑性好、握裹力强,而得到迅速发展。它广泛用于多层和高层建筑的多孔楼板和现浇楼板,高速公路及机场跑道,水泥电线杆,水泥输运管的配筋,水泥轨枕,可与大规格的热轧钢筋配套用于各种建筑工程。 1985年冶金部钢铁研究总院首先向冶金部提出开发应用这一新技术、新产品的建议。 1987年由冶金部推荐到国家计委,将冷轧带肋钢筋列为“1987年节约金属材料示范工程”,由该院与冶金部建筑研究总院南京轧钢总厂共同承担。 1988年该院自行设计研究了具有中国特色的滑轮式带助钢筋生产线,并于1989年通过冶金部鉴定。
Cold rolled strip (also known as cold rolled rebar) is a new type of construction steel developed in the early 1970s. Due to its high strength, good plasticity and strong grip, it has been rapidly developed. It is widely used in porous floors and cast-in-place floors, highways and airport runways in multi-storey and high-rise buildings, cement poles, reinforcements for cement pipes, cement sleepers, and large-size hot- Construction projects. In 1985 the Metallurgical Department of Iron and Steel Research Institute first proposed to the Ministry of Metallurgical Development and application of this new technology, new products. In 1987, the Ministry of Metallurgy recommended to the State Planning Commission, the cold-rolled ribbed steel as a “saving metal material demonstration project in 1987” by the Institute and the Ministry of Metallurgical Building Research Institute of Nanjing Steel Rolling Mill shared. In 1988, the hospital designed and researched a pulley-assisted rebar production line with Chinese characteristics and was certified by the Ministry of Metallurgy in 1989.
