近年来,在党与政府的亲切关怀下,厂矿、农村的群众业余戏剧活动,在配合每一个中心政治运动,宣传社会主义思想,以及在鼓舞广大人民的劳动热情,丰富劳动人民的文化生活等方面,产生了巨大的作用。自去年中央文化部和中华全国总工会联合发布了「关于加强厂矿、工地、企业中文化艺术工作的指示」后,更引起了全国各地有关部门的重视;半年来,安徽、渖阳、重庆、桂西、粤东、广州、上海、天津等地曾先后举办了群众的业余艺术观摩会演,全国各地群众的业余艺术活动蓬勃地发展起来了。业余戏剧活动构成我们戏剧运动中一支强大的力量。无疑地,群众的业余戏剧活动的开展,与专业戏剧工作者的推动作用是分不开的;各地剧团对厂矿的业余戏剧活动曾给予辅导和帮助。例如:北京机织印染厂的「百年大计」是由北京人民艺术剧院辅导的;石景山钢铁厂的「姐妹俩」是由北京电影演员剧团辅导的,渖阳市京剧团名演员吕 In recent years, with the cordial care of the party and the government, the amateur theater activities of the masses in factories and mines and in the countryside are in line with every central political campaign to propagandize socialist thinking as well as the enthusiasm of the workmen to encourage the broad masses of people and enrich the cultural life of the working people Aspects, have a tremendous role.
