目的 明确支架增强显影技术(stent boost subtract,SBS)在冠脉长病变(Long lesions,LL)行串联支架置入术中指导支架精确定位的作用.方法 收集2014年3月-2016年3月连续就诊于中国人民武装警察部队总医院心内科并符合纳入标准的56例冠心病患者经冠脉造影证实存在弥漫性病变,需要两个以上支架串联植入覆盖病变,术中采用SBS指导支架间重叠部分精确定位,术后评价支架的定位效果.结果 57处病变共有3(5.3%)处病变出现两支架间重叠范围>2 mm的情况,但均<4mm;余54(94.7%)处病变支架间重叠范围均在1~2 mm之间;未出现重叠范围<1 mm或支架间隔的情况.结论 SBS通过增强支架的可视性,可以指导串联支架间支架精确定位,可很好地应用于冠脉弥漫性病变介入治疗.“,”Objective To evaluate the effects of Stent Boost Subtract in guiding series stent precise position onto long coronary lesions.Methods A total of 56 consecutive patients confirmed with coronary diffuse disease by coronary angiography needed at least two stents to cover the lesions completely were recruited.StentBoost Subtract technology was used to guide precise position between series stents during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and to estimate location effect after PCI.Results Of all 57 long lesions,3 (5.3%) were evaluated as >2 mm but <4 mm between series stents,the rest of the lesions were as between 1-2mm,and none was as<1 mm.Conclusion As being simple and rapid in imaging,StentBoost Subtract may clearly guide precise position between series stents in patients with long coronary lesions via improving the visibility of enhanced stents.
