利用甲酸将SBS中部分双键氧化为环氧基来制备ESBS,并采用红外光谱及环氧值测定表征。再将纳米TiO2和ESBS共混并利用静电纺丝法制备纳米TiO2/ESBS纤维膜,运用SEM对纤维形态表征并进行抗紫外性能测试。结果表明:ESBS抗紫外性能得到提高,纳米TiO2/ESBS纤维膜抗紫外性能得到进一步改善,其中,锐钛型纳米TiO2/ES-BS纤维膜平均UPF为43.9,金红石型纳米TiO2/ESBS纤维膜平均UPF为175.9。
ESBS was prepared by the formic acid oxidation of some double bonds in SBS to epoxy groups, and characterized by IR spectroscopy and epoxy value determination. Then nanometer TiO2 and ESBS were blended and nano-TiO2 / ESBS fiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning. The fiber morphology was characterized by SEM and the UV resistance was tested. The results showed that the anti-UV property of ESBS was improved and the UV resistance of nano-TiO2 / ESBS fiber membrane was further improved. The average UPF of anatase nano-TiO2 / ES-BS fiber membrane was 43.9 and that of rutile nano-TiO2 / ESBS fiber membrane was UPF is 175.9.
