所谓“单向气流覆盖通风”系指:利用送风口射流贴附地面后形成的贴附射流,控制有害气体的扩散,并将后者引导到排气口附近排出的一种通风方式。三机部四院在某厂铸镁厂房大面积散发有害气体的浇注场地(面积约18×18米~2)试用该通风方式已有三年之久。基本上能将有害气体控制在呼吸带以下,并予迅速排出,显著改善了劳动环境,工人反映较好。呼吸带有害气体浓度对比见表1,表中HF及SO_2的允许浓度分别为1及15毫克/米~3。
The so-called “one-way airflow covering ventilation” refers to the use of an attached jet, which is formed by affixing a jet to the surface of an air supply port, to control the diffusion of harmful gases, and guides the latter to a venting method that is discharged near the exhaust port. The four-in-one department of the three-machine ministry has used the ventilation method for a three-year period in a large-scale cast magnesium plant that emits noxious gas (approx. 18 x 18 m2). Basically, the harmful gases can be controlled under the breathing zone and discharged quickly, which significantly improves the working environment and the workers have a better response. The concentration of harmful gas in the respiratory zone is shown in Table 1. The permissible concentrations of HF and SO 2 in the table are 1 and 15 mg/m 3 respectively.
