Lhermitte’s征的特征性表现是当颈部弯曲时,突然产生电击样感觉,并从脊髓向四肢放射。1917年由Marie和Chatelin首先报告见于1例头部枪伤者,随后发现此征主要见于多发性硬化患者,约1/3有此表现.另外还可见于许多其他脊髓疾病,如颈椎病、颈髓肿瘤、头颈部损伤、亚急性脊髓联合变性等。但骨髓移植(BMT)并发Lhermitte’s征尚未见报
The characteristic manifestation of Lhermitte’s sign is a sudden electric shock-like sensation when the neck is bent and radiates to the extremities from the spinal cord. First reported by Marie and Chatelin in 1917 in a case of head gunshot wounds, and later found to be mainly seen in multiple sclerosis patients, about 1/3 of this performance.In addition can also be found in many other spinal diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, neck Medullary tumors, head and neck injuries, subacute spinal cord degeneration and so on. However, bone marrow transplantation (BMT) with Lhermitte’s syndrome has not been reported
