为了了解无疟疾流行区儿童疟疾免疫荧光抗体(IFA)的自然变化情况,我们于1991~1992年两年对已连续9年未发现疟疾病人的苍南县对务乡进行了低龄组健康儿童IFA试验,选择小学一年级四个班级学生分别在每年的5月及10月各采血一次,两年内共采血四次,滤纸血膜低温冰箱保存,6个月内测试。荧光标记IGg由上海生物制品所制作,IFAT抗原为食蟹猴亚厚疟原虫片,由浙江省地方病防治所制作。荧光抗体检测制定标准:以1:20为最低阳性滴度、同时设阳性、阴性对照。结果如附表。IFAT阳性者经血检全部未查到疟原虫。
To understand the natural changes of malaria immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) in children without malaria endemic areas, we conducted the IFA trial of healthy children in the lower age group in Duzhuan Township, Cangnan County, where malaria patients had not been found for 9 consecutive years in 1991 and 1992 , Four primary school students were selected in the annual May and October, respectively, a blood collection, a total of four years of blood collected four times, filter paper blood cryogenic refrigerator, 6 months of testing. The fluorescent marker IGg was made by Shanghai Biological Products Co., Ltd. The IFAT antigen was Plasmodium falciparum Plasmodium, which was produced by Zhejiang endemic disease prevention and control institute. Fluorescent antibody test developed standards: 1:20 for the lowest positive titer, set positive, negative control. The result is the schedule. IFAT positive blood tests were not found in all the parasites.
