日本6所医院报告从1988年4月至1990年8月采用美国Dacomed公司提供的Omniphase阴茎假体对34例器质性阳萎作阴茎假体植入手术,年龄为37～79岁,平均54.2岁,器质性阳萎的原因,因盆腔肿瘤作根治性手术17例,其中行全膀切除术13例,直肠根治术4例。糖尿病7例、阴茎血管性异常3例,脊髓损伤2例,阴茎纤维性海绵体炎2例,慢性肾功能不全,骨盆骨拆,脑溢血各1例、全部病例均经夜间阴茎勃起试验(NPT)、罂粟硷诱发勃起试验,阴茎/臂动脉压(PBL)及阴茎海绵体造影明确诊断为器质性阳萎,而作阳萎假体植入手术。
Six Japanese hospitals reported the use of Omniphase penile prostheses supplied by Dacomed Company of America from April 1988 to August 1990 for 34 cases of organic impotence for penile prosthesis implantation, with an average age of 54.2 years Age, organic impotence reasons, because of radical resection of pelvic tumors in 17 cases, including line resection in 13 cases, 4 cases of rectal radical surgery. 7 cases of diabetes mellitus, 3 cases of penile vascular abnormalities, 2 cases of spinal cord injury, 2 cases of penile fibrous cavernous inflammation, chronic renal insufficiency, pelvic bone demolition and cerebral hemorrhage in 1 case. All patients were tested with nocturnal penile erection (NPT) , Papaverine-induced erection test, penile / arm arterial pressure (PBL) and penile cavernous angiography were diagnosed as organic impotence, implanted prosthesis for surgery.
