目的了解深圳市社区人群和入境人群的甲型H1N1流感知信行情况及对流感防控工作的满意度,为进一步调整和完善甲型H1N1流感防控工作提供参考依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法在深圳市抽取社区人群305人,采用系统随机抽样方法抽取深圳市入境人群91人,采用电话调查的方式对两类人群的甲型H1N1流感知信行情况和对防控工作的满意度进行调查。结果社区居民对甲型H1N1流感疾病的知晓率为87.9%;24.3%的社区居民表示担心感染甲型H1N1流感,54.1%因甲型H1N1流感减少外出,87.2%表示“如果出现流感症状首选到医院就诊”;66.9%对甲型H1N1流感防控工作表示满意;文化程度高者的知识知晓率和首选就医率较高,女性担心感染和减少外出的比例较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入境人员对甲型H1N1流感疾病的知晓率为97.8%,33.7%的入境人员表示担心感染甲型H1N1流感,且外籍人士的比例高于中国公民(P<0.05),93.4%对甲型H1N1流感防控工作表示满意。结论深圳市社区人群的甲型H1N1流感疾病知晓率较高,但其相关的呼吸道症状、传播方式和预防措施的知晓率相对较低,需有针对性地加强宣传,目前尚未出现明显的恐慌行为,入境人群的甲型H1N1流感知信行整体情况及对防控工作的满意度均高于社区人群。
Objective To understand the status quo of influenza A (H1N1) flu and the satisfaction with influenza prevention and control in community and immigrant groups in Shenzhen and provide reference for further adjusting and improving the prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1). Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 305 community population in Shenzhen. 91 people were sampled from the Shenzhen urban area by random sampling method. By means of telephone survey, the prevalence of Influenza A (H1N1) Job satisfaction survey. Results Community residents had 87.9% awareness of Influenza A (H1N1). 24.3% of community residents expressed fears of Influenza A (H1N1) infection, 54.1% of them dropped out of Influenza A (H1N1), 87.2% said "If flu symptoms are first to 66.9% were satisfied with the prevention and control of Influenza A (H1N1). The higher the level of knowledge and preferred first-time medical care, the higher the proportion of females who worried about infection and reduced their outings, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Inbound travelers reported 97.8% awareness of Influenza A (H1N1), and 33.7% of them said they were worried about Influenza A (H1N1) infection, with a higher proportion of foreigners than Chinese (P <0.05). 93.4% Satisfaction with prevention and control work. Conclusions There is a high awareness of Influenza A (H1N1) disease among the community population in Shenzhen, but the relative awareness rate of respiratory symptoms, modes of transmission and preventive measures are relatively low. Propaganda should be intensified in a targeted manner, and no obvious panic behavior has been reported yet , The overall situation of the H1N1 flu inbound population and their satisfaction with prevention and control were higher than those in the community.
