通过镁离子内扩散方法.实现了沿α轴生长的Nd:MgO:LiNbO3单晶光纤具有阶跃折射率分布的芯-包层波导结构。并研制成LD泵浦的该包层单晶光纤室温腔外倍频激光器,在19mW的1.064μm入射光功率下,得到10μW的0.532μm的连续绿光输出。
Through the magnesium ion diffusion method. A core-clad waveguide structure having a step index profile of the Nd: MgO: LiNbO3 single crystal grown along the α axis is realized. The LD-pumped at room temperature OCT laser was developed to obtain 10μW 0.532μm continuous green light output at 19mW 1.064μm incident light power.
