本文在分析汽轮机变工况热力核算的逆序法和顺序法的基础上,提出了逆顺序混合计算法。该法既便于计算汽轮机的超临界工况,又具有迭代嵚套层次少而易于收敛的优点。同时本文导出了由超音速叶栅的出口汽流参数,计算叶栅进口汽流参数的直接算式,而不必进行迭代计算.按本文所提出的逆顺序混合法所编制的程序,结构简单、计算速度快及精确度较高.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the reverse order method and the order method of the thermodynamic calculation of steam turbine in variable working conditions, the reverse order mixed calculation method is proposed. The method not only facilitates the calculation of the supercritical conditions of the steam turbine, but also has the advantages of less iteration and easier convergence. At the same time, this paper derives the direct calculation formula of outlet steam flow parameters of supersonic cascade, and calculates the parameters of cascade inlet steam flow without iterative calculation. According to the program prepared by the inverse sequence mixing method proposed in this paper, the structure is simple, Fast and accurate.
