为了响应习主席提出“一带一路”战略方针,很多中国企业开始走出国门,迈向世界,在这个向世界“进军”的浪潮中,中国企业在海外进行国际工程承建更是异军突起,但因语言交流不畅通、思想文化差异大和法律制度不客观因素问题,导致海外工程施工管理工作难度增大,从而给企业在海外事业发展造成一定的影响。因此,中国企业要想在海外持续、稳定、健康的发展,就必须重视海外工程项目管理工作,对其在管理工作中存在的问题及策略进行分析,采取相应的管理机制和对应的策略。
In response to President Xi’s strategic guideline of “One Belt and One Road”, many Chinese enterprises have started to go abroad and enter the world. In this wave of “marching into the world”, Chinese enterprises overseas are undertaking international construction projects. However, due to the unbalanced language exchange, great ideological and cultural differences, and the non-objective legal system, overseas construction management has become more and more difficult, which in turn has an impact on the development of overseas businesses. Therefore, if Chinese enterprises want to develop sustainably, steadily and healthily overseas, they must attach importance to the management of overseas projects, analyze their problems and strategies in management and adopt corresponding management mechanisms and corresponding strategies.
