美联储在10月12日的报告中,用“大范围降温”一语给美国房市下了一个官方判词。但看上去,生性潇洒的美国人对房市趋冷并不太紧张。密歇根大学的最新报告显示,10月份美国消费者情绪指数由上月的85.4上升到了92.3。相对“低廉”的能源价格似乎完全驱散了房市不振引发的消费阴影。
In a October 12 report, the Federal Reserve gave an official verdict to the U.S. housing market in the term “wide cooling.” But it looks like the naturally smart Americans are less tense about the housing market. According to the latest report from the University of Michigan, the U.S. consumer sentiment index rose to 92.3 in October from 85.4 last month. The relatively “low” price of energy appears to have completely dissipated the shadow of consumption caused by the sluggish housing market.
