目的:建立食源性肥胖大鼠模型,观察高脂配方对制造食源性肥胖大鼠动物模型的影响。方法:用搭配的高脂饲料喂养大鼠12周,观察摄食量、体重、体长,计算肥胖指数,普通饲料组作为对照组。结果:喂养12周后,高脂组大鼠体重为(633.50±32.71)g,普通组大鼠体重为(525.30±20.47)g,经统计学处理,高脂组与普食组有显著性差异(P<0.01),另外高脂组的Lee’s指数与普食组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用搭配的高脂饲料制作食源性肥胖大鼠模型,致肥效果明显。
Objective: To establish a model of food-induced obesity in rats and observe the effects of high-fat formula on the animal model of food-induced obesity. Methods: Rats were fed with high-fat diet for 12 weeks. The food intake, body weight and body length were observed. The obesity index was calculated. The normal feed group served as the control group. Results: After 12 weeks of feeding, the body weight of rats in high-fat group was (633.50 ± 32.71) g, while that of common rats was (525.30 ± 20.47) g. After statistical analysis, there was a significant difference between high- (P <0.01). In addition, Lee’s index in hyperlipidemia group was significantly lower than that in general diet group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Food-fat rat model is made with high-fat diet with obvious effect on fattening.
