以换热器中常见的污泥类颗粒污垢为研究对象,通过工程实例进行热阻实验,监测此类污垢在换热管内的生长情况,并建立热阻预测模型。对得到的实验数据进行分析,拟合出了适用于工程实际的污水换热器污垢曲线,对工程设计及污水源热泵系统的控制、运行都有指导意义。
Taking the common sludge particle and fouling in the heat exchanger as the research object, the thermal resistance experiment was conducted through the engineering example to monitor the growth of such fouling in the heat exchange tube and establish the thermal resistance prediction model. The experimental data obtained are analyzed, and the fouling curve of sewage heat exchanger suitable for engineering practice is fitted out, which is instructive for the engineering design and control and operation of sewage source heat pump system.
