在校委会的大力推动下,我校在2015年秋季,将所有专任教师按照专业大类划分为七个专业部,每个专业部选拔聘用一名主任和一名副主任,按专业区域布局,区域管理,对专业建设、教学常规、学生管理、师资培养、实训管理等实行专业化管理新模式。实践证明,推行专业化管理,极大地创新和改变了学校内部的管理机制,同时也为中职教务管理提供了全新的工作思路和方法。一、实践探索取得的经验(一)创新学校内部管理机制
Under the vigorous promotion of the school committee, in the fall of 2015, our school divided all the full-time teachers into seven specialized departments according to the major categories. Each specialized department selected and appointed a director and a deputy director. According to the professional regional layout , Regional management, the professional construction, teaching practices, student management, teacher training, training management and implementation of a new model of professional management.
