目的比较银翘散煎剂与5种相关成药(银翘解毒颗粒、银翘解毒片、银翘解毒丸、银翘解毒液、银翘解毒合剂等)的HPLC特征图谱、日服用生药及指标成分量的差异。方法采用HPLC色谱法,phenomenexluna色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为230 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果得到分离度较好的银翘散煎剂HPLC特征图谱,识别了其中的16个特征峰,上市银翘解毒成药如颗粒剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、合剂分别保留了煎剂中6和10~13的特征峰,绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、牛蒡苷等指标成分日服用量与煎剂相比均有不同程度的降低。结论银翘散煎剂与5种银翘解毒成药HPLC特征图谱、日服用生药及指标成分量存在较大差异,提示基于临床汤剂研发与生产的成药制剂应关注并克服汤剂成药化缺陷。
OBJECTIVE To compare HPLC chromatograms of Yinqiao decoction with five kinds of related medicines (Yinqiao Jiedu Granules, Yinqiao Jiedu tablets, Yinqiao Jiedu Wan, Yinqiao detoxification liquid, Yinqiao Jiedu mixture, etc.), daily crude drug and index components The difference in volume. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of phenomenexluna (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The results obtained good resolution of Yinqiao decoction HPLC characteristics of the map, which identified 16 of the characteristic peaks listed on Yin Qiao detoxification drugs such as granules, tablets, pills, oral liquid, mixture were retained in the decoction of 6 And 10 ~ 13 of the characteristic peaks, chlorogenic acid, forsythoside A, arctiin and other indicators of ingredients on the amount of decoction compared with varying degrees of reduction. Conclusion There are big differences between the chemical constituents of Yinqiao decoction and five kinds of Yinqiao detoxification drugs, the daily crude drug and the index components, suggesting that the drug-based formulations developed and produced based on clinical decoction should pay attention to and overcome the drug-induced decoction defects.
