目的:研究不同海拔地区:青海久治(海拔3 600m)、青海西宁(海拔2 260m)、陕西咸阳(海拔600m)妊娠期糖尿病中Resistin及HIF-1在胎盘组织中的表达情况,寻找、研究高海拔地区胎盘中妊娠期糖尿病风险上升的特异性预测因子,从而为预防和治疗高海拔地区妊娠期糖尿病开辟新的途径。方法:选用胎盘组织,采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法(SP法)检测胎盘组织中Re-sistin、HIF-1因子表达,并进行相关性分析。结果:妊娠期糖尿病产妇胎盘中Resistin及HIF-1因子测定均为阳性表达,高海拔地区妊娠期糖尿病产妇胎盘中HIF-1因子测定阳性表达更明显。结论:高海拔地区妊娠期糖尿病发病和胎盘中Resistin及HIF-1因子含量具有密切关系。
Objective: To study the expression of Resistin and HIF-1 in placenta of gestational diabetes mellitus (DMD) in Longhai County of Qinghai Province (3 600m above sea level), Qinghai (2260m above sea level), Xianyang of Shaanxi Province (600m above sea level) Specific predictors of increased risk of gestational diabetes mellitus in the placenta at elevation will open up new avenues for the prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes in high altitude areas. Methods: The placental tissues were selected and the expression of Re-sistin and HIF-1 in placenta was detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase (SP method) method and the correlation analysis was performed. Results: The levels of Resistin and HIF-1 in the placenta of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were all positive. The positive expression of HIF-1 in the placenta of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus was higher than that of normal pregnant women. Conclusion: The incidence of gestational diabetes in high altitude area is closely related to the content of Resistin and HIF-1 in the placenta.
