本文以中国邮政储蓄银行巴州分行为研究对象,首先对分行发展概况及存在的问题进行分析,之后从市场经济环境和市场竞争环境两方面对其所处的市场环境进行剖析,在此基础上从地域范围、目标群体和银行产品三个方面确定巴州分行的市场定位,并提出分行的发展策略。
