目的:观察中西医结合治疗眼烧伤的临床疗效。方法:对眼烧伤28例(36眼)给予中西医结合治疗,包括手术前后正确及时的处理,全部患者按照辨证分期联合中药治疗,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度眼烧伤行羊膜移植术。结果:术后随访1～3月,所有患眼视力有不同程度恢复。Ⅰ～Ⅱ度眼烧伤21眼全部治愈;Ⅲ～Ⅳ度眼烧伤15眼中,视力恢复稳定,角膜透明度及新生血管情况:角膜白斑1眼,角膜斑翳1眼,角膜云翳4眼,睑球粘连0眼,新生血管2眼。结论:中西医结合治疗眼烧伤疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ocular burns. Methods: 28 cases (36 eyes) of ocular burn were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, including correct and timely treatment before and after operation. All patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation stage and amniotic membrane transplantation with Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree ocular burns. Results: Follow-up 1 ~ 3 months after surgery, all eyesight had some degree of recovery. 21 eyes of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree eye burns were all cured, and 15 eyes of Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree eyesight had stable vision recovery, corneal transparency and neovascularization: 1 corneal white spot, 1 corneal spot cornea, 4 corneal clouding, symblepharon 0 eyes, 2 neovascularization. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine is effective in treating ocular burns.
